For Bangladesh, it is urgent to bring together all relevant agencies such as the Ministry of Land, RHD, BBA, LGED, City Corporations, Pourashavas, CDA, DMTCL, BRTA, BRTC, DTCA, LPA, Zilla Parishad, Aviation, Railway, PWD, and other public and private housing agencies under one unified framework. This collaboration is essential to develop an exclusive master plan that addresses highways, infrastructure, intersections, railway tracks, airports, land ports, industrial zones, and residential and commercial buildings. Setting clear priorities and future projections is critical.
